This crib is a nice fit for our teeny house in Seattle. It is very sturdy and looks great in the room. The 1" thick plastic covered foam mattress that comes with the crib is very flimsy, so we ended up buying a better one. We didn't think the crib was hard to put together at all (then again, my husband is an engineer and he likes building things). I would also caution that buying bedding for a mini crib is a bit of a pain--- there's not that much decent quality stuff out there. Avoid Gerber, it will fall apart on you. We had the best luck with Carousel ([...]). It's a little more expensive but it will last ...
