What a disappointing purchase. The tray attachment does not latch into the manufacturer assembled seat post. (The post screws were overtightened at the factory making it so the post with the tray connection did not lie flat.) While this is not a safety issue, my older child always liked to have toys placed on the swing tray to look at/play with. As with all baby products, you are asked to contact the manufacturer regarding product problems and concerns. The manufacturer customer service center was less than helpful. After several promises to look into the problem and call me back (no one ever called), I finally gave up and decided to return the swing to Amazon. The only bright side of ...
