We have had this for two years now. It worked well in the first year as we saw a significant reduction of static in the house in the winter. We saw a lot of water drain, just like the first reviewer. The second year did not go well as I noticed the fan running and no water flowing. I had to drain the water line and take apart the flow assembly to clean it to get the water to start to flow. It has been trickling and I have to say it is not running like it did in the first year. I'm trying to see if a little TLC might help it along and we get more use out ... A portion
