The dresser arrived fairly quickly, and we did get a call in advance from the frieght company to ensure that we'd be home the day of delivery. In our case, there was one driver, but he had a hand truck and was able to move the very large box over our doorway and into the living room ("over the threshold" was the policy told to me by the scheduler on the phone).
