SEPT.2nd 2010 We were fairly happy with the unit, however it appears the plastic it's made from is not infallible. The seat section broke around the hinge.(The parasol attachment plastic around the hinge also snapped but I did not claim for that as I simply taped it up and so it still works) and I claimed under warranty which they duly agreed was within the terms. However I received a few mails regarding the sending of a replacement part, at no point did they say how long it would be. It's been a week since they confirmed they would send a new part and their customer service (US) estimates it at a further 2-3 weeks! This means at least a ...
